Adapter Components Overview
The adapter kit includes the following labeled components:
① Relay
② Large clip – clamps to the positive terminal of the battery

⑥ OBD connector – plugs into the KEYDIY device (e.g., KD-X4)

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Battery Connection
Disconnect the positive terminal of the car battery.
Use the large clip (No. 2) to clamp the positive terminal of the battery.
Use the small clip (No. 3) to clamp the positive terminal harness of the car battery.
Step 2: Locate and Unplug the White Connector
Remove the steering wheel cover panel.
Locate the white connector and unplug it.
Step 3: Connect the Key Inspection Line
Insert the white key inspection line plug (No. 4) into the slot of the unplugged white connector.
Step 4: Fuse Replacement
Move to the driver’s footwell and locate the fuse box.
Identify the correct fuse location based on your vehicle model (see the figure below for fuse locations).
Remove the specified fuse and plug in the fuse plug (No. 7) into the same slot.
