MOTOPRO requires an account for the first-time setup and software upgrade. Follow the steps below to register your account and update the device to the latest version.
1. Connect MOTOPRO to the Computer
First, connect the MOTOPRO device to your computer using the USB cable.
2. Register a MOTOPRO Account
Open the MOTOPRO software and register an account.
Enter your Email Address.
Create a new password.
Click Get to receive a verification code.
Check your email for the verification code.
If you don't see the verification email in your inbox, please check your Spam folder. If you find the email there, remove the spam tag so that future MOTOPRO emails can be received normally.
Copy the verification code from the email.
Enter the Confirmation Code in the software.
Click Register.
Note: The password must contain at least 8 characters.
Once registration is completed, your MOTOPRO account has been successfully created.
3. Upgrade the MOTOPRO Software
When using MOTOPRO for the first time, you need to download and install the latest software version.
Click Upgrade.
Select Update Device.
The upgrade process will begin.
During the upgrade, do not disconnect the USB cable.
When the message Device upgrade successful! appears, the upgrade is complete.
Finally, power off the device, unplug and reconnect the USB cable, and restart the MOTOPRO software.
Your MOTOPRO is now ready to use with the latest version.
