How to Use EONEBOSS TLK1 Key Unlocking Device

The EONEBOSS TLK1 is a professional diagnostic tool specifically designed to reprogram and reactivate locked or accidentally deleted Toyota and Lexus keys. Using advanced technology, it enables direct matching of used keys—eliminating the need for an initial unlocking step. This streamlines key recycling, improves workflow efficiency, and lowers operating costs.

Step 1. Simulate Key Generation


Place the locked or deleted key into the TLK1 sensing area.

Press the device button to begin reading.

The TLK1 reads the key’s secure identifier (e.g., Key ID) and uses internal data to simulate a compatible key profile.

What happens: The device captures the key’s secure identifier and generates a virtual key that can be recognized by the vehicle during programming.


Step 2. Match to Vehicle


Use the TLK1 as a temporary replacement key during the vehicle’s standard key programming procedure.

Follow the specific key matching steps required by your Toyota/Lexus model.

The TLK1 transmits the key ID and necessary credentials to the vehicle, while storing related data (such as passwords and system flags) internally.

What happens: The vehicle recognizes the simulated key and registers the key ID into its immobilizer system as a new, valid key.


Step 3. Write-Back Operation

After the vehicle has accepted the simulated key and the TLK1 has retrieved all necessary data, place the original locked key back into the sensing area.

Activate the write-back function on the TLK1.

The device will write the completely restored key information to the original key.

Wait for a visual or audible confirmation (e.g., LED indicator or prompt) that the process is complete.

What happens: The original key receives the restored access credentials and is fully reactivated for normal use.

Final Confirmation – Test Key Functions

Once the write-back process is finished, remove the key from the TLK1 and test all remote and ignition functions—such as locking, unlocking, and starting the vehicle—to ensure everything operates correctly. The key programming is now complete.
