2. Required Runtime Environment
The APPRO2 software must be run on a computer that has Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 installed.
3. How to Install Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1
For Windows XP Users:
Please contact us to obtain the full offline installer of .NET Framework 3.5 SP1. Once received, simply run the installer to complete the setup.
For Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11 Users:
Go to:
Control Panel → Programs and Features → Turn Windows features on or off, then locate and enable:
“.NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0)”
Ensure the checkbox is selected (either checked or filled).
